Chris Andrews graduated in music from the University of Cardiff in 2008. He returned to complete a master's degree in piano performance with first-class honours in 2010. As a pianist, he performed with orchestras and choirs around the capital including Cardiff Symphony Chorus, Cardiff Philharmonic Orchestra and Cardiff Bach Choir. He also accompanied children's ballet & theatre schools and workshops for the Welsh National Opera. After completing a PGCE at the University of Buckingham, he was appointed Director of Performing Arts at St. John's-on-the-Hill School in Chepstow (now Dean Close), running the department for 6 years.

 

Chris currently lives in Surrey and is a passionate advocate and practitioner of Kodály-inspired learning. He works as Director of Music at Feltonfleet Preparatory School, leading a Kodály curriculum for 500 children, aged 3 to 13
